Body Back is the newest program released from Stroller Strides founder, Lisa Druxman. It is a results based, high intensity, interval style workout designed specifically for Moms of any age. Moms will experience high intensity interval training using exercise bands, sliding discs, TRX and their own bodies as resistance. We are the Dashing Moms! We find beauty in running. It's our free time and it keeps our life in balance. Our group is located on FB, but I'm using Meetup to find more members.
